The City of Surprise will welcome fans to Surprise Stadium for the 2021 Spring Training season February 28 through March 29 with additional COVID-19 mitigation protocols in place. The game schedule has been modified from what was previously released, and tickets will go on sale February 20.
The health and safety of fans and the Surprise community are the city’s top priority.
In collaboration with local and state health authorities, the Cactus League, Major League Baseball, Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals and other destination partners, Surprise Stadium will implement the following health and safety procedures (full details are listed below the schedule):

Single Game Ticket Sales
Individual game ticket sales begin Saturday, February 20 at 8 a.m. MST. Fans can purchase tickets online through SurpriseStadium.com; by phone at 623-222-2222; and in-person at the Surprise Stadium Box Office located at 15960 N. Bullard Avenue. Box office transactions will be cashless, and social distancing measures will be in place. Accepted forms of payment at the box office include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Ticket prices will range from $8 - $45. All games are subject to dynamic pricing.
Service charges and processing fees may apply to online and phone orders.
Box Office Hours through March 29
Beginning February 21, the box office will be open daily at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with extended hours in conjunction with evening game times. On February 20 only, the box office will open at 8 a.m. due to the College Baseball Classic.
Surprise Stadium Limited Capacity and Pod Seating
For your safety and to support physical distancing between groups of fans, seating capacity will be limited to 25%. Tickets will be available for sale in pre-determined “Seating Pods” in groups of 2, 4 and 6. Each transaction will be subject to a pod limit and/or ticket limit at the time of purchase. All pods are subject to availability.
