Refund Information

Refunds for games between March 12 – 21 will be automatically refunded by April 20 if tickets were purchased at Surprise Stadium Box Office, by phone, or through an authorized outlet.

For tickets purchased with cash, a refund check will be mailed to customers with an account. If you don’t have an account, please fill out the refund request form and include your original tickets.

StubHub/Secondary Market Ticket Purchases: For tickets purchased via StubHub or another reseller, please refer to the 'Help' section of the site from which you purchased your tickets for details pertaining to postponed, rescheduled or canceled events. Surprise Stadium is not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any ticket purchased via StubHub or any other secondary market reseller. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via StubHub for a postponed, rescheduled or cancelled event should be directed to StubHub Customer Service at

The box office will be open 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. through Friday, March 20 to assist with any questions or refund concerns.

Any Rangers or Royals baseball activities will be closed to the public until further notice.

Budweiser Clydesdales visit Surprise before Tuesday’s Spring Training Game

The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales are heading to Surprise Stadium on Tuesday, March 10 for a special appearance prior to the Milwaukee Brewers and Kansas City Royals Spring Training showdown.

Eight horses will be hitched to the famous red beer wagon in the main parking lot on the north side of the stadium (adjacent to the third base gate) from 12 p.m. until the first pitch at 1:05 p.m.

Fans can come and get photos with the "Gentle Giants,” which have been the symbol of quality and tradition for Anheuser-Busch since 1933.

The box office is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until half an hour after that day’s game ends.
