Spring Training ‘Welcome Back’ Reception with Mayor Sartor, KC Royals & TX Rangers set for Feb. 19

Join the City of Surprise and our new Mayor, Kevin Sartor, in celebrating the return of Spring Training at the 23^rd Annual Mayor’s Welcome Back Reception!

This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, February 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Surprise Stadium.

Speakers from the City of Surprise and the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals organizations will be on-hand to officially kick-off the 2025 Spring Training season.

This year’s happy hour-themed event will include hors d’oeuvres and light snacks provided by Barrio Queen, a special commemorative gift, and a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Admission is $30 per person, and seating is limited. Tickets are on sale now on the Surprise Stadium website or by calling the box office at 623.222.2222.
